I went in today with almost to my belly button long hair. The wait was quite short which was nice. When I got in the chair my hair stylist told me she had 5 years of hair cutting experience which put me at ease. I showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted which was mid length past my shoulders with some soft layers and side swept bangs. She told me no problem. I then told her that I would still like to be able to braid my hair and put it in a ponytail so nothing too short. When I left I could barely put my hair in a low ponytail. Not even all of it will go into a ponytail. It was so much shorter then what I asked for. And the layers? So blunt it almost looks like a kid took some scissors to my hair. Also my hair is NOT even. The left side as at least half an inch longer than the right side. Also no layers on the left side, just a very blunt cut. Will NOT EVER be coming back. Literally cried when I got home today

Becky was great to chat with, was quick and great in the cut, and gave me helpful info about how to maintain my hair the way I want. Totally recommend! Everyone was kind and the price can’t be beat. It’s decent, the online check-in is helpful, hours are good, and they do a good job recording style for future or to make changes from previous cut. The recent visit was the first time there has been the same stylist there. It seems you find a good one and then they are gone. And last visit they raised prices for me and my son. To keep it simple, for boys/men’s cuts there are better value and perks for less money. Or now with the price increase, better value and perks for same or a little more money.

I’ve gone here many times and they always do a great job. The stylists are skilled and can almost always get exactly the style I’m going for. Wait times can get pretty long though, that’s the one downside.

I’ve been coming to this Great Clips location for years. The stylists have always been kind and attentive. A few even remember me after various visits. Previous haircuts are recorded in their computer system, so the stylist always asks if you’d like the same cut as your last one. Quality is generally great to excellent, but it all depends on your stylist. I’ve only had one or two uneven or choppy haircuts in the 7+ years I’ve been coming here. The phrase “your satisfaction is fully guaranteed” is printed on all receipts, so if you present your receipt at the salon with an explanation of the issue, they will offer to fix it for free. Watch for frequent coupons in the mail or an occasional $7.99 haircut deal. They also accept competitor coupons as long as they are not expired. Wait times vary depending on the day and time you go. Check in online to speed things up. Overall, this is my go-to salon for a quality, inexpensive, and quick haircut!

I checked in online and received a confirmation that I had done so. When I went in I was told that they didn’t have me in the system. They entered my information and I sat down to wait. 3 people walked in a few minutes later and they were in the system. They took them back before me even though I had been waiting longer. I decided that I would go elsewhere.
