They seem like they are just there to hurry you up and get out of there. I took my son to get a haircut, and help him figure out how to do a different hairstyle. So my son showed the girl a picture, and AFTER she was done, she said that his hair couldn’t do that hairstyle. She should have told me that before she even started. I could have done better than that! My reviews are normally good, but I feel that my money was totally wasted.

My daughter has thick and curly hair. It gets knotted and tangled. Also a sensitive head. We needed someone last minute to help. We were able to reserve online last minute. 15 min we were in and they gave my 8yr old the best haircut and took out the aka “rats nest” tangled hair. Thank you for your kid skills with my daughter and your expertise to bring a solution to our hair problem;);). ♀️

I tried to get a haircut walked in at 3:40 in the afternoon on a Sunday and was turned away because they closed at 4 they were each doing a haircut but nobody was waiting in front of me I understand that when it gets towards the end of your day you want to go home But it’s kind of ridiculous to start turning away business a 1/2 hour before you close because you’re too lazy to do the work

Critical: QualityI took my two sons age 11 and 9 here today to get haircuts. The hair stylist did a horrible job. It’s about the same what I could have done if I used my husband’s electric hair trimmer. Why pay $13 + tip kid haircut? I should have not given a tip but I feel bad if I didn’t. You go to haircut places bec you want your kids’ haircut to be done right. She left hair under the side burns and when I pointed it out to her, she said it was not part of the side burns but facial hair. WTH.
