I really regret not just waiting for an opening with my two regular stylists. The length of my hair in the front is uneven and I even pointed it out to the stylist while she was still working and she did not fix it. My part is not in the center so while she could hold the two sides together and show the ends meet she did not factor the side part in. When she was doing layering she didn’t seem to be using any particular technique, usually I’ve had stylists section and layer the hair but it seemed like she was just grabbing and cutting random chunks. I can see several spots in my layers where some hairs are longer and they really stick out.

Worst kids cut i’ve ever seen (especially for the price). It was not blended at all, has blunt pieces in the front, and did not include any styling. Super disappointed. Save your money and go to Supercuts instead – overall much better service. Only good thing was being able to check in online.

I asked for 1.5 inches off of my 6 inch hair and to have it thinned out. The longest my hair is is 2 inches and they tapered it to nothing in the back. It is sculpted around the ears. I am overweight and the cut accentuates the pudginess in my face. Wish they actually listened to what I asked them to do and did JUST THAT. Technically they did the 1.5 inches and thinned it, then they did their own cut, that I didn’t want.

I usually go to Supercuts which was about a mile away but they moved about 25 miles which is too far so I thought I would try Great Clips. Was not happy at all. I made an online appointment which I thought was great but I still had to wait 45 minutes. When I got my haircut it was uneven and felt like it was not cut right, it felt like it was more chopped than cut, and one side was longer than the other, she spent maybe 10 minutes if that long cutting my hair, was the fastest haircut I have ever gotten, now I know why. Was not happy at all. Now I’m trying to decide if I want to take a chance and go back and have it straightened out or go somewhere else.

My husband got his haircut here , this is the second time his hair was cut uneven and the natural back line of his neck was lifted 1/2 inch. It’s going to have a funky grow out now. Won’t be going back. Wouldn’t suggest coming here. Had to buy a hair razor to make it even since he couldn’t get it fix in time. $20 hair cut turned into $40.

This was my first time getting my hair cut at great clips. I was treated very good and was well respected. My hair is not easy to cut and I am not much help explaining how I like it cut. But with little help on my part, she cut it better than I have experienced for a long time. I am sure I will be back.
