Absolutely horrified that someone would think that this looks good. My wife went in and asked for a A-line cut but instead she got one length and “layered”. This is butchered. Great Clips is definitely not great at all.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband and son just got back from getting their hair cut and the first thing they said to me when they came home was that it was horrible service. The stylists were rushing and did it in like 3 minutes. They were basically told to get out. My son said it hurt when the lady was using the trimmer. We didn’t know they closed at 7, but they left there 5 minutes to the hour. No wonder why they’re never as busy as the other great clips nearby. We will definitely go to our two favorites locations now on . The only reason why we chose this location cause there was hardly a wait. My husband and son just got back from getting their hair cut and the first thing they said to me when they came home was that it was horrible service. The stylists were rushing and did it in like 3 minutes. They were basically told to get out. My son said it hurt when the lady was using the trimmer.
