I’ve gotten my hair cut here for years and years now. I like the facility but I don’t get why they’re still wearing masks, at this point it makes you uneasy when someone wears a mask because it signifies they’re sick. So are the entire staff at this location sick? If so I’d rather not go here anymore

I’ve been there twice and both times I’ve hated it. Other Great clips locations have never been as bad as Syracuse. I have left both times with a hair cut I hate. They asked if the length was good, I had said yes but they proceeded to cut. I asked for an inch and a half off and I got 3 inches, it’s was to short for my liking. I don’t even dare take a picture of my hair it’s way to embarrassing to show. I wish I spoke up but I hate confrontation and just wanted to get out of there.

Wanted to cut a lot of my hair off, but the Great Clips closest to me was temporarily closed, so I decided to come to the Syracuse location. I had forgotten that it was easier to check in earlier, but they put my name down and had me in line. I had a lot of time, so I didn’t mind waiting. The lady that helped me was great! She helped me figure out what length I wanted to cut to, and then made sure that it stayed even! It looks great and I love it. Thanks, Great Clips!

It has been a while since I got my hair cut and I was super nervous. The staff at this store was amazing and did an awesome job. Chris cut my hair super cute. I will definitely be taking my business to them from here on out. Sunday though is busier then you would think, so check in online to get a spot.
