Great place. Love how fast u can get in. And how cheap the haircut is. It’s amazing value. The problem is sometimes u get someone who isn’t good at cutting hair so it really sucks when u get a terrible haircut.

I went in for a shorter look and came out with my hair shaved to a 1/4 of an inch in the back, uneven layers on the left side making it look horrible compared to the right side. The layers on the left are so uneven. The girl that cut my hair said that she is a pro at short haircuts . If I could include a picture of what I was asking for and a picture of what I got, I certainly would. I will not be going back to Great Clips in Tooele. This is the second time that I have gone there and came out leaving with nothing like I had asked. I even had pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like or at least resemble.

Went in today with my 2 kids to get their hair cut for school. My kids were really excited but a little nervous (because usually we do cuts at home). I was a little disappointed when neither ladies that were doing my kids hair attempted to make them feel comfortable. Like.. didn’t even talk to the kids at all and only talked to me when asking about how I want their hair done. It was especially annoying with the 3 kids that were waiting after us got greeted in a different way and the ladies had more enthusiasm. Idk…. maybe I gave off a “vibe” that they didn’t like or maybe they were just judging us for some reason but my kids even asked if it’s normally so “quiet” when getting a ‘professional’ hair cut… it broke my heart because no… That’s not normal.
