I went to get my hair trimmed and it was not a very good choice. She cut my hair without spraying water on it and when I got home I realized that the two sides of my hair were different lengths entirely, about a half an inch in difference. Also, she didn’t cut it as much as I had asked for it to be cut.

I went here before and posted a terrible review because they ruined my hair. There were new people and it was convenient so I tried again today. Horrible failure. Simple haircut just a straight line and it’s completely crooked. Ask for simple layers in the front came back with bangs even though I asked the lady midway through to just stop. She also smelled like an ashtray. Not everyone who smokes smells like this. But it’s pretty bad when they’re up in your face. I’ll be paying to have someone try and fix what they’ve done. I’ve been to great clips all over and they normally do a great job this place has provided horrible haircuts almost every time I need to learn and just stop going here.

The assistant manager Tammy here was the most unprofessional and the most condescending and belittling to me as a customer as well as my stylist. Someone needs to investigate this ASAP, she needs to be reprimanded and taught some respect and customer service skills as well as proper management. We just left, getting our son’s haircut. First of all the lady who cut his hair was extremely rude when our 11-year-old cleared his throat and was almost refusing service and kept telling us that she would feel cause her if he is sick. It is April 1st and he has allergies and she was extremely disrespectful to him. Upon completion of his haircut she overcharged us for an adult haircut. Never ever have we had an issue it any great clips location as this has been where we have gone for years. We just happened to be in draper and stopped at this one. I highly feel that their customer service is extremely poor especially in comparison of other locations.

Asked for my hair to be faded up with the top not touched. She shaved it up on my sides way to far and left the top looking like a mohawk. Second time here and both times sucked. When we first got there we weren’t even greeted. When the next person walked in he was greeted. My mother had to say ugh hello can you check us in. DO NOT even attempt giving them a chance. They do not understand simple directions.

Tammy was really nice… I got a great haircut… but where did the coupons at the bottom of your receipts go?? It doesn’t really give me a whole lot of incentive to keep coming back, if there’s no coupons every so often… like there used to be! Come on Great Clips, you can do better than that…

Checked in online. So far so good. Only an 11 minute wait. I go there immediately from 3 blocks away. No greeting, or even an acknowledgement that someone else walked in. ( not just me because over the next 20 minutes I saw the same thing happen and watch people leave.

Hair cut was ok… Not great. Service was not friendly. Felt rushed. A lot more expensive than I expected. The only plus is they were they only ship in the area without a huge wait.
