I like this Great Clips. I bring my daughter here for her trims and we never have any issues! There were 4 stylists and the wait was less than 30 minutes. Definitely don’t forget to check in online.

I love great clips have been loyal for years. But this location was my worst experience. My Stylist Jess seemed nice, when she was cutting my hair the shaver blades weren’t sharp or something because they were pulling my hair rather then cutting. I mentioned that and she just continued. She didn’t really seem to care she just wanted to get my hair done. She took not even 5mins to cut my hair. Typically I get a shampoo done after a hair cute but she wanted to rush me out. 4/10 experience

Sent my son in to ask about the wait time and the hairstylist just takes my 12 year old son back with out asking for his parent. I walk in she has already cut his hair completely off! First of all you don’t just take a child back without his parent. His hair was long therefore he obviously wanted it trimmed not completely cut off! My son told her he just wanted a inch off but she cut it completely short! Please teach your workers they need to talk to the parents before taking a child back or cutting there hair!

Went in just to get my hair TRIMMED so i told them that and they said that would be fine and that they would do it. They shaved the back of my head and barely touched the rest of my hair. So now i have a shaved back head and the rest is medium to long length. Looks awful and makes no sense. She didn’t even blend it. On the plus side im going to learn to cut my own hair so no one can F up my hair this badly again.

I didn’t check in online. When they told me it would be a ~50-minute wait, they offered to send me a text at the end of the wait so I could go somewhere else for the meantime. I came back early, so there was no need for a text. My stylist was friendly and I am highly pleased with my new haircut. It was exactly what I wanted. I liked the tools, which included a texturizer. The place was clean—so clean that, if a comb fell to the floor, a new one was grabbed. Definitely returning in a few weeks for that $5 bang trim option!
