They did a great job on my 5 year old hair. I couldn’t get into cookie cutters so we went to great clips & I’m happy with the stylist. She was great with my son and he actually wants to go back bc she did amazing at talking to him and keeping him relaxed. Now we will be going here for my sons haircuts ♂️

My husband just had an awful experience here. He was very specific about his request- ZERO hair cut off the top, and just trimmed down the sides for a faux-hawk look. Immediately she pulled out her scissors and cut off inches off the top, and then went around buzzed his entire head. And then she proceeded to force gel into his hair (what was left) even when he urged to please not. There was an obvious language barrier, but the employee should still be able to listen and properly adhere to a customers request. We will not go to great clips ever again recognizing that we simply cannot trust the staff.

Apparently reviews can be taken down? On Dec. 3, 2022 my son went in for a haircut. He wanted long on top and shorter sides. He walked out with micro-bangs and his sides clipped super short, like a one or two. Who gives anyone micro-bangs, ever? He said the stylist was just chatting with her coworker the whole time and not really paying any attention to him. He had shown her pictures and she really just hacked all his hair right off. It is still not gown out to the length he asked it to be cut to and his hair grows pretty fast. I called to ask about it all and they offered his next cut free. Nope. Hack job, literally, then original review taken down. Not okay. Never going back.
