Good experience and great stylists, but the wait list and times using the online waitlist feature are inaccurate sometimes. I came in 5 minutes before my estimated time, and I ended up waiting maybe another 20 or 30 minutes. Not too bad, but having more than 2 stylists at a given time might hasten wait times.
