They took literally less than 5 minutes to cut my hair and they showed no consideration in making the haircut look good. They did not blend whatsoever and literally just took the device and went around my head and that was it. I mentioned I had a bit of sensitivity on my scalp and they were pretty rough with it and showed no real care. Just the entire customer service was bad and I am not too happy with my haircut.

Checked in online waited past my appt time. Had to leave before I got my sons hair cut. The lady who checked me in said she just had to clean up her stations would be right back waited another 15 mins asked how long it would be and the next lady told me the same thing.

Great clips in palouse mall is best great clips in Moscow Pullman area. Employees are very friendly and some of them really very skilled. They take online reservations that is helpful if you are travelling from Pullman, that will reduce your wait time.

I was needing a haircut today. I thought I had checked on line. It said I would have a 22 minute wait when I checked in. I was in Pullman which is about 12 minutes away so I figured I had 10 minutes to wait in the store. When I got there the stylist asked if I checked in on line. I said yeas. The manager said the stylist would be with me shortly. Nothing was said about how long the wait would actually be. At the time there was one woman in the chair, and another woman was waiting, so I figured I was probably after the second woman. As the stylist was finishing up with the second woman, a young man came in. He was called next. The stylist quickly finish with him, but another man came in and his was called next. At this point I had waited 45 minutes. I protested saying I should have been called sooner. She said the other people had checked in before I did. Yet the app had told me I would have only a 22 minute wait. I said this was not good and left the premises. Usually if I had been walk in, they would have told me how long the wait would be, but nothing was said. I would have been more accepting if I knew there was going to be a delay.

I was pretty nervous to go here to change my side/under cut into a bob because it’s not something stylists probably do often and I suck at communicating what I want. However, they did a fantastic job and I’m so glad I went here over anywhere else in town. The younger woman who did my hair listened to me and gave me a cut that was even better than I expected. I feel much more confident now.

I can’t say enough good things about this Great Clips in Moscow, ID. Originally, I had posted a one star review for 2 unfortunate incidents in the salon. The management at Great Clips got RIGHT back to me (on a Sunday, no less) and on Monday, the manager of the store, Brandy, was calling me. She invited me back to get a haircut from her (gratis) and showed the trainee how to cut my style. I was amazed that they cared about a customer so much! Thank you, Brandy and Great Clips crew for a wonderful experience!
