I cried all the way home after noticing how aweful his cut ended up being walking behind him in the parking lot. It’s an hour and a half wait so I’m not about to go back in and wait again. Didn’t grab my receipt and can’t remember the name of the stylist. My fault for not checking everything before tipping so big lesson learned. This is absolutely atrocious and a waste of money.

We are so upset! We basically have to cut off all my sons hair, the hairstylist absolutely butchered his hair. It’s barely salvageable. She shaved it so high above the widows peak we can hardly make it look decent AND My son is going to state for a school competition,, and we wanted his hair trimmed up. It looked so terrible afterwards that we went back it to have a few spots touched up, and the hairstylist was very offended. She told my son he had a dramatic mother and that he looked super annoyed (he’s only 14) absolutely so unprofessional. I have now wasted $25 (which I want refunded asap) and we are fixing his hair at home and having to cut almost all of it off! So frustrating!!

Great place for a quick haircut. Employees are nice and friendly. They have a unisex bathroom. Nice waiting area. Gray big parking lot with handicap spaces. I suggest using the Great Clips app to check in online on your way there. The app is easy and tells you how busy your favorite Great Clips are. Reasonable pricing and they take others coupons.

The people at Great Clips are friendly and efficient. I don’t need my hair styled so having them cut it is quick, consistently done well, and cost effective–especially when I can use a coupon. I wish they still opened at 8 rather than 9 am, and that we could use the app to put ourselves on their appointment list before they open. Still, I rarely have to wait long, so I would recommend them.
