I got my haircut here today. By the manager at that she left my hair completely messed up. I got a full refund. I highly recommend anyone who comes here inspector here before they leave thoroughly and any future customers to never come here at all to spend your money somewhere else cuz this place is a laughing stock for a great clips. I’ve had a good experience in the past with them but they must’ve had a super bad day. The stylist I had was talking about her coworkers walking out that day so I understand the frustration. She cut my hair completely dry, didn’t listen to what I asked for at all and left it incredibly choppy and not straight. I was in the chair for less than five minutes and my experience felt entirely rushed. I had to go home and do touch ups myself. I don’t think I’m gonna go back, honestly.

Hands down worst haircut I’ve ever had.. i had a suspicion that my mowhawk wasn’t straight in the back and asked another woman that worked there if it was and she assured me it was. So i left it alone. Got home and took a closer look and it was definitely crooked and the rest was terribly cut and blended. Shouldn’t have tipped and should have not paid.. go to the Glenwood location for a good haircut. Also, the discussion of “having a good time before work, so she’s feeling good” Comment to another employee kind of set the tone.

In town for a family visit and desperately needed a haircut received the worst haircut ever! The salon was filthy and my stylist was training a new hire and she did a very poor job. Simple buzz cut 2 on top 1.5 on the sides missed hairs around my ears over 3/4” missed areas on the top in the back. Won’t use GC again. Would not recommend!

This is by far my worst haircut I have ever received. I drive to this location because it is normally excellent. The gal that cut my hair this time, didn’t blend my fade at all, there are missing chunks all over my hair line, and the line that is supposed to be a fade looks like it was drawn by 1st grader with a drinking problem. NEVER AGAIN!

This great clips is operated by a different owner than the other great clips locations in Boise. The interior is either very aged or very dirty. The staff are minimally qualified hairstylists. I recommend the longer wait times at another location for a better experience. $18 is too much for a haircut by people who can’t qualify at another location.
