I understand that everyone is short handed with labor but this place is a joke. I don’t know if it’s great clips as a whole or just this location. 2 times I checked in with 80+ and 90+ minute wait. Get there both times and wait almost 40 minutes each time thinking that people wouldn’t show. After the second time of the lady upfront getting ready to call me back and someone walks in that’s on the list so I sit back town and understand. Today I check in at 11:30am when arriving to my business meeting. I’m said to have a 114 minute wait. (I snap a screenshot) Should be perfect to be finished with my meeting around then. I show up at 1:32pm. 122 minutes after being given after my 114 minute wait. I’m not on this list because they kicked me off she said. “Do you want to check back in?” I laugh as I ask if it is to be to the bottom of the 88 minute current wait time. “Well yeah” in a snooty tone. They have seen me here each time I wait and never. I still have $150 on my prepaid greats clips card I’m sitting on. Just asking myself why I have continued coming here for some many years. Never loved any great clips, just needed to open my eyes

My son always gets a great cut here! We’re always in and out quickly, and the hair stylists are usually pretty good at knowing what I mean when I ask to have it thinned out on top. This last lady had cut his bangs a little too blunt so when she was done, we said we were trying to stay away from the blunt straight across look, lol so she said I can feather it out in front if you want, he sat back in the chair and was done in minutes. She even added that part into his profile for the next time, and I love that they have that feature. It would be nice if they still offered to style it like they used to, but no biggie. He usually has to take a shower as soon as he gets home anyway cause there’s hair all over his face and neck. The prices are getting higher, $15 for a child’s haircut, but everything is getting expensive now anyway. I usually always seem to miss the good coupons, but we did have one for $8.99 this time which was nice. Customer service is lacking, but every now and then we get a really friendly hair stylist. Overall this is our #1 go-to place for my son!
