Sunday afternoon (11Sep2022) My 16 year old son went in for a haircut. He told the stylist exactly what he want. Just a typical haircut, longer on top and faded down. The stylist started out with an attitude making a comment, “guess my break is over now”. She gets him in the chair and grabs her clippers just before she even begins my son asked her if she going to put on any attachments since he’s not getting it all shaved off. She then tells him she can’t do a fade then immediately starts shaving off his hair before he can reply back. The first pass with the clippers was from his temple all the way around his head just above the ear to his other temple.

Went in for a trim since I couldn’t get into my regular salon. Wanted a trim to even up the length. Came out with an uneven cut along with short, choppy layers. My hair is a mix of a bowl cut and a mullet; it is AWFUL. The gal cutting my hair did no sectioning of my hair either to begin the hair cut.

Joke of a business. Twice I was there during business hours and they were closed and lights out. The third time, I walked in, only to be told they were too busy for walk ins and they were adding online check ins. Mine is a very simple cut so I will probably continue to use them but only in emergencies.

Horrible. I stopped getting my hair cut their years ago and I gave them a shot last year and my hair got butchered and all the hairstylist would do was talk trash about the boys that don’t want to date her and they now butchered my 11year old’s hair. I will not be going to a great clips again. The Electric Chair just earned another customer.

Great clips would be a great choice if they could find more staff. The wait times deter customers unless they use the app to get in the que.

This place is awesome just for their app alone! You can see wait times for any locations you choose. Saves loads of time and hassle. This facility is clean and spacious, staff is friendly, and they actually save notes for your haircut so they know what to do next time, if that’s what you want.
