Awful. Woman butchered my kids hair. He is a baby and is difficult to cut, however she was rude to my wife for wanting sit with my baby and refused to cut his hair the way my wife asked. We asked for a trim and ended up with bald spots and an uneven bowl cut. I would not have left such a bad review if the woman had not been so rude and disrespectful to my wife.

I went in last Sunday after 4 (they close at 5) and was told they were booked. Understandable. I had a coupon that expired that day and I doubt they would have honored it later. Today (Wednesday)I went in and again was turned away because they were booked til closing…at 6. I went into Fred Meyer and came out about 4:15 and a man coming in stopped me to tell me there was NO ONE waiting to get a hair cut. It seems their hours are now all over the place and walk-ins are no longer a thing. Some people are busy and can only do things like get a hair cut when they happen to have a chance. I’ve been going to this location for a long time now, but I guess it’s time to find something better.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI used the online check in and the wait time was 52 minutes. Not a big deal because I had a couple things to do. After about 20 I checked my wait time again and it had been pushed back to 54 more minutes. When I called and asked why I got pushed back they said that was just a place holder and not a real time estimate. When I got in there they told me they’d get my boys right in. 40 minutes later they tell me I still have over 20 minutes to wait. So at that point I had been waiting well over an hour since I originally checked in online. They told another family that came to check in to be back in 90 minutes.
