3 stars because I got an $18 hair cut and hoped for the best but expected the worst. I got what I paid for. I asked to leave it long enough I could still put it in a ponytail and no layers. Just simple. At the end of the appointment I went to put it in a ponytail and it was too short in the back. The hairdresser tried so hard to help me get it in a ponytail but the back just wouldn’t cooperate. Guess its half-up do’s for me for a bit. I should have taken the hint where there were no other women getting their hair cut and she had to go in the back to get clips for long hair because there weren’t any at her station….. but I didn’t. She was nice for sure and the front of my hair is fine it’s just the back of my hair that is unsatisfactory. Maybe she just had a rough day, or maybe she needed a little more practice. I still tipped. There were definitely some good, even, short men’s cuts that walked out. The wait was very minimal and the online check in was cool. Maybe just not the best place for lengthy hair to go.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Asked to take very little off, and do a long layer cut based off my bangs that went to the bottom of my neck. Told her my hair goes super slow, so take a little as possible off. She cut my hair like it was a race against time. Took off several inches, and it is super uneven. She tried to claim she barely took anything off, like I didn’t know how long my hair was before I went in. Also, I was looking at chunks of hair on the floor two to three inches in length. I will never go there again. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and more hair gone to get it even. Haircuts can be expensive, and it sucks having to pay for a second one to fix the first one.

Worst hair cut I have ever received. It was uneven all around. The lines were ragged and the haircut as a whole looked completely unfinished.This was not my regular Great Clips Salon. Reading the other reviews on here, it seems like a common complaint is that people have their hair cut way too short. I unfortunately have to add myself to these complaints now. Two times in a row I’ve gone in and requested ” a little off the sides” just to be shaved nearly to the skull. I don’t know if the people there are just not understanding, or they’re just giving the haircuts they want to give instead of what they are being asked of. Only giving two stars because they managed to make it look okay in spite of not being what I wanted. Probably won’t be coming back.

I’m very disappointed in my haircut I got. The lady that cut my hair didn’t ask me how I wanted my sideburns cut and she cut them way to high and missed a bunch on one side. She never asked how I wanted my neck line cut. Will never go back to that great clips if she works there. The worst experience I’ve had there. Hairstyling

Stopped by to get a much needed haircut before surgery the next day. Got it all cutoff since it has been so hot lately. It has been a real treat not having long hair to fight with. The sweet lady that cut my hair was Cassie … If I remember correctly. Thanks for being awesome!
