I am giving Great Clips a five star rating. Because first the staff are really kind and friendly when customers come in. Second the staff are understanding in what you are wanting, but they are also good at giving their customers tips and advice that could work for the customer too. Bridget and the women that were working there when I came in were amazing and they do there best to helping their customers no matter what it takes. The cost is affordable too. I am definitely going to continue going to Great Clips in Rock Springs in the near future. In conclusion if you, a family member, a friend, or someone you know is looking for either a haircut, trim, shave, ect. I recommend going to Great Clips in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

We signed in online to get my husband a haircut it said our waiting time was 47mins when it got down to 35 minutes the time went up to 57 mins I called and I was informed that when people check in online that they don’t put how many people and they come in with 2 extra people and that’s why our time keeps changing well if a person signs in for 1 person and now show up with 3 people how does that affect my husbands haircut time they should have to wait and sign in just like we did it’s ridiculous my husband said people were showing up with there kids and they were taking them and pushing time future out for customers that had already reserved a time.
