They had my cut preferences on file from my home town and I was able to get my preferred cut without lots of explaining. The stylist was very good and professional and the cut looks great! Critical: ProfessionalismThe stylists have multiple people “check-in” online to fill all the spots in the evening so they can leave early. Stopped in tonight, parking lot and lobby empty, 3 stylists working and only 1 cutting hair and told us that they had a 150 minute wait but no one was there waiting. Decent little place. One gripe is that it’s small with not much privacy between waiting customers and where you get your hair cut which makes it a little awkward. It is what it is.

Went in for a trim and Sandy hooked it up. She was polite, understanding, and cut it exactly how I wanted it. Can’t really ask for more when you get a hair cut. I can’t speak for the other stylists, but Sandy is on point. I will only be going back to her to ensure my hair is done correctly.

Love that I can sign in on-line when I get an impulse without waiting weeks. I usually just need a basic trim so a quick less expensive cut with great products is a perfect salon for me. Finally results are mostly just fine.

I took my 11 year old daughter in for her first ever “professional” haircut. I should’ve chosen a real salon. I explained what she wanted (a very simple cut which I had a picture for). The girl snottily told me she didn’t need the picture. Probably because she was incapable of even doing the simple cut we wanted. It was supposed to be slightly shorter in the back and tapered longer on both sides, with a few long layers to give it shape and thin the bottom of my daughter’s thick hair. Instead we walked out with a blunt cut that slopes to one side and where there are chunks of hair that were missed. It looks as choppy and uneven as when I cut it myself at home. Pretty irritated I paid for something I could’ve done as well or better myself. It was my first and last time going to Great Clips.
