I have used your location multiple times. Each time the service and haircuts get worse. The online check in makes no difference. I have checked in with a 10 minute wait and still had to wait 30+ minutes.The “stylists” do whatever style the feel like. You can tell them what you want and it has no bearing on the cut that you will receive. This is at the Rifle, Colorado location. I have been to the Glenwood location multiple times to have the haircuts fixed. It seems like they worry more about chit-chatting then they do about quality of service. The woman that was doing the reception work is very rude and lacks customer service. I will no longer use this location. Judging by the other comments, this is not an isolated incident. Good luck with future business. It looks like you will need it.

10/28/22, Went in to the rifle colorado location to get a regular fade hair cut. The lady who took me in asked what kind of hair cut I wanted, and I told her, just a regular fade with a 0 at the bottom faded up to a 4 on top, then she asked me; “how do I do that? Then i replied, “You’re the expert. Shouldn’t you know! She proceeded to cut my hair, and I ended with one side 3/4 of an inch higher than the other one, side burns ,one sharp point, and the other almost square. Sherry is her name. Then I asked for the manager, and she said, “we don’t have one, so keep trying by calling next week. And she still charged me as if she did a wonderful job. Do not recommend this place unless you want to end up like me.

I wanted my haircut in an aline Cut. The lady put my hair in a ponytail cut it charge me 30 bucks and said there it’s just about perfect … it is horrible I will never go there ever again I would never recommend it… It is the worst place to go even for a trim.. Which she did not even trim up she left the underneath longer than the top in the back and it’s all uneven when it’s in a ponytail

I normally have been more than happy with my service here, but was pretty disappointed today. It’s been about 8 months since the last time I visited and the woman who cut my hair might single-handedly be the reason I don’t come back. She was very short with me and I paid $20 for a mediocre haircut. Don’t think I’ll return to this location- I will reiterate that in the past I’ve had a great experience and the staff is typically lovely.

The stylist who cut my hair was professional and did an excellent job. I have received many compliments on my hair cut even people I don’t know have commented on it. These stylists really know their stuff. I have gotten several excellent haircuts there.
