I have used the salon multiple times to do wash/dry/conditioner and detangles help of our toddler. we struggle with her hair as it knots daily and we get professional hair salon help with it weekly. It’s always been a great experience, she loves it and it truly helps with the tangles. Today my husband took her in. When he went in he said the staff was rude. Refused to do service.they handed him a brush and told him to do it. Then in a rude accusations way questioned when was the last time we brushed the hair of this 3 year old. The salon was not busy at the time although the rude accusations were made in front of another client who obviously felt uncomfortable and interjected that they also have a hard time with tangles of her grand daughter . My husband left the salon only to have two toddlers crying in the car that they couldn’t get their appointment . We will never be back to this location
