I’m sad this was my go to place for haircuts but this last visit changed that. I didn’t notice till I got home but I originally asked for a fade got something completely different but since it looked good at first I didn’t complain. When I got home I realized none of the hair was cut even I have different lengths all around my head. Just be careful going here. Some of the stylist are great and some shouldnt be cutting hair yet.

The lady was rude asked my daughter when I walked away if I knew how to take care of her hair because I was white and she was mixed. I told her to cut off the dead hair because that’s how I talk she was rude about that she said there is no dead hair it’s breakage then said I cut off all the “dead hair” making fun of the way I talked I will not be going to Montrose Colorado great clips again. I would give you no stars but it won’t let me!!!

Desirae was amazing!!! My son is 5 and has some issues with getting his haircut, where he would cry and freak about a haircut. I have tried many times and ended up not cutting his hair. We went for another try this weekend with my other son, and through out cutting my younger sons hair, Desirae talked and really got my son to trust her. He ended up letting her cut his hair with a promise to come back and let her do it again!! The fact that she took her time with him and built that trust meant so much to me! We will be returning customers of Desirae!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

At Great Clips you’ll get a good or a bad haircut depending on who cuts your hair. It’s unfortunately a gambling game. I lost yesterday. The #7 clipper mentioned on the note turned out to be 1/8″ long at some places. Way too short and uneven.
