We just had the best experience with Katie. My 8 year old is notoriously “bad” and just uncomfortable during haircuts. I’d like to say he’s phasing out of giving hair stylists a hard time, but regardless this is the first time he’s had a conversation with a stylist and he just felt comfortable. I asked for a longer layered bob, cutting off 18 inches to donate in the process. Something closer to my chin or shoulders. It sits closer to my ears and looks more akin to a Karen cut. She did this weird texture thing so it won’t even lay flat too, it looks like a mushroom. At the time I thought, sure it’s fine, I’m just not used to it, but she really did me dirty.

I came in today after work with little to no wait. I saw Myra for the first time. I normally go to a different salon chain and see a certain stylist, loyally. Wellll.. Myra did such an amazing job putting beautiful long layers in my hair(exactly what I asked for,)correcting bad shape from self cutting my hair that my other stylist wasnt able to fix and getting rid of so much damage from bleaching while keeping me with all my length. I couldn’t be happier! She was so nice and down to earth as well, making me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Myra!

Everything about the cut was excellent, my app was not. After I arrived early and parked, my wait time on my app jumped from 26 to a 48 minutes! Fortunately I checked inside to find out why, because I was able to get in for a haircut right away. I regret I didn’t have more cash to tip my stylist who was pleasant, conversational, efficient and gave me a nice cut.

I signed in on-line. When I arrived I only waited a few minutes before I was called to come back. My hair was cut the way I asked and then we checked it. I thought it needed a bit more taken off, so she did that. From the beginning we engaged in pleasent conversation. My experience was excellent.
