Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, ValueEasy log in with the App. First time using this location. I stood outside a couple if minutes, before I realized I could just walk in, to check in. (I usually waited to be asked in, at other GC locations.) Very new, clean facility. Plenty of chairs to keep people distanced from each other. Got short haircut. Kayla was very friendly. Was careful not to cut too much off. She’d cut a little then have me check her work. Shows she was well trained. Made sure both sides were evenly cut. Good attention to detail. I felt listened to. Easy log in with the App. First time using this location. I stood outside a couple if minutes, before I realized I could just walk in, to check in. She listen to everything I told her about my hair and she helped me too decide a haircut that would fit my type of hair. I’ll never go anywhere else. She is the greatest! Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my brother in to get a simple men’s haircut and the lady at the counter was EXTREMELY rude right off the bat. We showed her a picture of what he was wanting and she proceeded to ask him questions about how long he wanted the top etc. He told her start short and we will see what looks best. She gave me and my brother both attitude. My brother said she pulled his hair and cut the top of his ear. The haircut turned out nothing like what he showed her and the back of his head had the stair step look. His sideburns were only half shaved off. Least to say it wasn’t worth the money or the time.
