I have had bad haircut before, but this one must be the most uneven weirdest haircut I have ever recieved. And to top it off it was a whole 28 dollars. I would rather go to a gas station and have the clerk spit at me and pay that amount.

Went in for a haircut at 625 pm. Two people working and one haircut being done. I was told that they were full after one gave us the most disgusting look on the face of the earth. I work in the ER at St Joseph’s Hospital from 6 am to 6pm. If I could have made it sooner I would have. I WILL NOT EVER TRY AND COME BACK HERE EVER AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOES THE SAME. All because they we’re afraid to have to stay past 7. If I’m working and get off at 6 and a patient comes in guess what I have to stay and attend the the patient, these two employees should be fired. Treating customers like trash. Maybe if we were white we would have gotten service.

I did an online Check-in, it showed the wait time as 30 minutes. Upon arrival the wait time changed from 30 minutes to 40 minutes. Other then that it’s a Great salon.

It’s okay. I have a regular stylist elsewhere but I was in a pinch and she was on her honeymoon. The staff was super nice and the wait was short but my cut was average. In full disclosure though I went to cosmetology school and we can be the pickiest ones to work on lol.

Really hit or miss. Took my 2 daughters to get haircuts at the same time. One lady was great and attentive, the other looked like she really didn’t want to be there. Guess which daughter I had to take elsewhere to get her hair fixed. On the plus side, it’s relatively cheap.

Worst haircut of my life! I wanted my haircut at my clavicle and with some soft long layers. I walked out with hair just past my chin and choppy short layers. I’ve never cried so much over a haircut in my life. It can’t be fixed since she took waaaaaay too much hair off. Gonna live in a baseball cap the next several months. Never returning to this location and will never go to another Great Clips again. I’ve cut my hair several times over quarantine and although I always thought I butchered it, turns out I did a pretty decent job compared to this professional.
