My hair cut was fine, she did what I asked. The lady that cut my daughter’s hair however, I am not sure what she had going on. I asked for about a 2 inch trim, thinning for the summer and some shaping around her face. She got the trim, but the “shaping” , she’s got layers going every which way. It looks fine when curled, but curling is a challenge because the layers are all over. Not just around the face like I asked. ♀️

The lady with orange and black hair did my sons haircut. She was fabulous. She asked him what he wanted on each step and if he liked it checking with me for approval. I loved how she asked him instead of ignoring him like some people that do hair. She made the experience wonderful for him and myself. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

•••BEWARE•• they steal your debit/credit card info and charge things. My stepdad went in on Thursday for the first time since he has recently moved to Brighton and had to wait a whole hour when they first opened. I called to complain to the manager about the debit card and she seemed to not care. She took down the information and told me she would forward it to the general manager. I have not heard back from anyone. Pay cash if you go here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband and i drove by and there were no customers. The 2 ladies working were sitting in chairs on their phones. My husband asked if they were open they said yes. Got him right in. It was about 15 mins until they close. But then proceeded to not listen to what he wanted and used scissors to cut his hair, instead of a shaver. His hair is totally uneven and basically feathers out on the sides. The back still lays over his collar and is also totally uneven.
