Before I had an excellent experience with a stylist, because of her, I went to this Greatclips although it is far from where I live. But this time, she was busy, and it was about closing time, so I went to another lady. She destroyed my complete hairstyle. No finishing, the neckline is way up and not inline, some hair is short some are long. I wear a cap now and waiting to grow my hair to get another haircut.

Don’t come here if you value your hair. They do what they want to your hair against your wishes. I have graduation and events coming up and they completely botched my hair. My hair was very long and healthy and had asked for a trim because I’ve been working on growing my hair out since 2020. I’ve been to other locations for small trims to keep it healthy and was proud of how healthy and long my hair was. First snip and she had cut at least 4 inches off!!!! Beyond upset about how the hairdresser I believe her name was Bobbi, didn’t listen and did what SHE wanted to do.

Got right in for haircut for my son… Salon clean and modern. The hairstylist was young and I would guess hasn’t been out of school long, but she did a good job with my son’s challenging hair in an efficient manner.

Poor staffing , too lazy too even schedule an appointment over the phone because ” they are too busy” …..if you can’t even take 45 seconds to address a potential customer what kind of customer service is that!? She Didn’t even care when I said I’ll go to one of your competitors either, hell she was probably happy one less customer!

I attempted to use their services at 4:42 because their hours of operation show 9:00-5:00. However, they refused to serve me because they said they close at 4:30. Then put your closing time as 4:30, not 5:00. Super lazy folks.

I checked in online the moment they opened. Was the first one checked in. Due to a lady helping her friend before me first and two other employees doing nothing but talk and ignore me. I didn’t get my haircut until 9:50. 50 minutes after I checked in and arrived. Absolutely worst great clips I’ve ever been too. Joke… Haircut

Do not let Sidney cut your hair! She ruined my 15yo daughter’s hair because she couldn’t even it out and now she’s wearing hats when she leaves the house. That was a week ago and I asked for the manager to call me back and she still hasn’t responded. Terrible customer service. Diane is awesome as a stylist.
