I’ve been going here for lots and lots of years now. I’ve had some not so great haircuts, but they weren’t that bad and most of the time I get a decent haircut. Was there today and got the worst haircut of my life. So bad that I’m going to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I can handle a sub-par haircut, but I can’t go to the office looking like this.

She is a magician with hair, rarely does he ever get haircuts this good. She knew exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. She is one heck of a hairdresser. Two thumbs up!

Got put on the waiting list, they told us it would be about 45 mins. So a little over an hour later with no text to come back, we go in to see how much longer it’s going to be and they took us off the list. Didn’t tell us or anything. We literally waited over an hour for nothing. They told us they could put us back on the list but it’d be another 45 min wait and who knows if the same thing would happen. Not going back to this place.

So I check in on the mobile app and drive to the place and sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes until the app says I have 5 minutes left until my appointment…just to be told that it will be a 35 minutes wait because there are now 5 people ahead of me and only 2 stylists. I’ve been coming here for years until this… something seriously wrong with the setup. SMH

I’ve only gotten my hair cut here 3 maybe 4 times, and this last time had been by for the best experience that I’ve had here. The staff here are fast friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Unlike past staff who were rude, pushy, and only seemed to be there for the money.

Asked for a simple hard part, old lady who sites on the left right when you walk in gouged the hell out of my head down to bare skin. She claimed it was like that before. So now it’s a half inch wide gap.
