Literally the most pathetic hair salon I’ve ever gone too. They took 15 – 20 minutes to cut your hair. Don’t listen at all. I came in with around 7 inches of hair all around my head. I asked to shorten the sides and leave the top long. I walked out with about an inch on top.

Today however, the attitude and behavior of one of the stylists (a miserable, crusty, old hag of a woman) prompted me to go elsewhere. Forever. Joveda was super gentle and showed me where we could cut to make my hair bounce back to healthy without losing my identity. She also took the time to answer all my questions and made recommendations for the future. I never write reviews but she was so sweet that I felt compelled to do so now.
