Amber did an excellent job of fixing a bad cut from over a month ago. I’m 42yrs old, and she’s one of the best I’ve used. My ex-wife cut hair at Neiman Marcus in the Galleria in Downtown Houston. Men’s plain cut $40. Wash and style $60. Double that for senior tech. I’m more happy with the cut I just received from Amber than any I’ve received from therefrom senior techs. The price is just a bonus here. I’ll continue to use her services as long as I’m here in the area. Which I’m hoping will be a good while.

Checked in online. Estimated 40 minute wait time. Checked back 30 minutes later and it still said 38 minute wait. 5 minutes later it said to head to Great Clips as I was almost up. Got in the car and was there 10 minutes later. When I got there, my name wasn’t on the list and was rudely told “we don’t keep you on the list forever.” To summarize, faulty check in system with very rude employees. I would NOT go here.

Lame walked in to get my mom a hair cut stylist seemed not very enthusiastic . Asked for name put us on the schedule then just walked off sat for a out 15 mins finally decided to leave . Went up the street to urban king barbers glad I did .We got her in a chair and a great cut with in mins of walking in the door . But I guess my fault it is Ok clips after all there is nothing great about this place .
