Amber has been cutting my hair for a few years now, I drive down from Cheyenne W friendly and professional and gives quality service. I will continue to drive the two hundred miles round trip to let her cut my hair. I followed her from the other shop to continue her great service. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe hairdresser greeted me when I walked in. That’s about the only good thing that happened. She was in her 20s with blonde hair. Didn’t tell me her name. She was slurring her words and almost fell over a few times. She dropped her glasses off her face three separate times and two combs hit the floor. She cut my hair way shorter than I asked and went crazy with the straight razor for the layering of the ends instead of working on the layers with the scissors as per usual. She then proceeded to tell me that she usually only cuts men’s hair and she was happy to be cutting a woman’s. She said men were too picky and particular if you mess one little spot up. That made me uneasy. She went on to say that a man complained and called the store manager to say she was impaired and falling over and bumping into walls. That was exactly what she was doing on my visit. I basically held my breath until the end, not letting her fix the spots she cut unevenly in fear that I’d end up with no hair left. She was closing the store down alone and in a rush, even told me she was trying to get out of work earlier. The hairdresser greeted me when I walked in. That’s about the only good thing that happened. She was in her 20s with blonde hair. Didn’t tell me her name. She was slurring her words and almost fell over a few times. She dropped her glasses off her face three separate times and two combs hit the floor.
