Extremely poor experience. Hair stylist Bryan was too hurried while cutting my hair. Made a cut on my forehead in the hurry. Hair cut was disappointing as well. $24 hair cut at this salon is much higher than standard great clips prices. Never coming back to great clips again.

This is the first time a haircut made me cry. I asked for him to take about an inch off and to make it a little shorter in the back. I don’t have layers. I didn’t ask for layers. My hair is thin already. Blunt cuts are better. The length is fine. But he attacked my hair with the thinning scissors so much that I hardly have and hair left and it looks horrible and choppy and uneven. It is going to be hard to look in the mirror or feel confident until it grows out.

I bring my whole family here we like everyone BUT Bryant. I don’t see how he still has a job there, it seems as though he doesn’t listen to what you actually want. He has cut my 2 year old hair way too short from what we have asked, made his hair completely uneven and, even has cut him with the clippers same goes for my husband.
