I am absolutely horrified. I’ve been going to this specific Great Clips location over the last 5 years and always have had wonderful service. Today I came in for a trim and a new stylist helped me. I never get my hair washed usually, but the stylist always wets it down with a spray bottle. My hair is not straight. The stylist cut my hair completely dry. There are long loose pieces about a half inch in various spots of my head. I actually went back inside because it was so noticeable. Not only was I uncomfortable when I returned – they didn’t fix all the uneven pieces. I can honestly say this is the worst haircut I have ever received. I will never, ever be back.

This place is Horrible ! ! They can’t cut hair. And the customer service is awful they no nothing about Human relations or how to deal with clients ! ! I will never go there again in my life!!!!!!!! This place gets a BIG 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. But I still Look good in my opinion For an old guy ! ! ! This was on 6-6-2022 at approximately 11:00am. I live in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Nothing great about this “Great Clips.” I would also rate it less if I could. Asked for a basic mid fade, the lady didn’t even blend it in! She seemed distracted the whole time she was cutting my hair and as a result the top is completely uneven. As she became aware that I noticed she tried to convince me that it would be fine if I just comed it back. Totally unprofessional would never go back and would not recommend anybody else to go there.

She does an amazing job cutting my hair and listening to what I want but also making suggestions and knowing what would be best for my hair type and how it will lay. The sign in process is ok. They make you sign in for call ah and and then when you get there you still have to wait. The system should take all your info including a CC that way you are guaranteed a time to go and and if you don’t you get charged a fee.

I was with Jen who was extremely friendly and I felt like I could tell her all of my concerns without her being annoyed by them. Great people and they always do a good job. I noticed a lot of complaints about them not doing a good job and looks like most of these people don’t speak up. That’s your own fault. If you don’t like what they are doing, then say something. Don’t keep it bottled up and then be a Karen and complain on here about it.
