I’m so disappointed in my “trim” that Alaina did. I asked for a 1 in. trim and she cut off close to 3-4 inches all around. It took everything in me not to start crying as I walked out, instead of brushing through my hair she literally cut the tangles out at my ends. She was barely tall enough to even reach my hair and she even commented that she was too short to reach. I’m sorry but if you aren’t comfortable cutting someone’s hair shouldn’t you say something? Altogether it felt like she had no idea what she was doing. I am so mad at myself for trusting Great Clips with a simple trim

I really wish I remember the name of the girl that gave me my haircut but she did such a good job today and for that I tipped her really well. I’ve never got such a good haircut before and I’ve paid way more at other places. I’ve always been self conscious about my hair but it’s been nice to hear so many compliments from people:) will come back when I’m in town again.

I got my haircut today and was not impressed. I asked to have about 7 inches cut off and a side bang . I showed her a picture of me with a simple bob. The lady chopped my bangs while they were dry much shorter than I would have liked. And then just chopped my hair without trying to make sure it was even or shaping it at all. I thought she was just getting started, but she took off my cape and walked me to the counter. The whole encounter took about 5 or 6 minutes…..for a woman’s haircut. I normally go to higher end salons, but thought I’d try this. Is this normal?

Today was my first time at this particular Great CLIPS. Mahria was the girl assigned to me for the haircut. I wasn’t really sure how the experience would be, I was willing to take the risk.The girl did a marvelous job, she was patient and went about getting my input, literally every inch of the way. I do think that you should have given the nape of my neck a more pointy, longer, uneven, jagged look,I was hoping for! The rest, I am very pleased wIith the outcome! Great job.Thanks, Mona
