Love that you can check-in online and that they are taking the pandemic seriously by limiting the amount of people inside the building to only those actively getting service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been to dozens of Great Clips locations and other businesses over the years and never had someone so knowledgeable (sad I don’t remember her name). She gave me information regarding my hair type that has assisted me with scalp issues I’ve had for years. Obviously the lady who helped me is well educated and loves what she does. That is the exact reason I will return to this store and try to find the same lady to cut my hair next time. Very happy with the professionalism of this location over others I’ve been to across the country.

If it was possible to give this location 0 stars I would! I checked in online using the GREAT CLIPS app and saw wait time was 30 minutes. I waited 15 minutes then went and physically checked in at the location. I was then told it would be an additional 30 minutes minimum. I left and went to get a drink. Came back in, and was told they took my name off the list because they thought I had left for good. Didn’t bother to call, or text to tell me that even though they have my phone number. I requested that the owner call me, and I will not be returning. When your income depends on tips, your customer service should be infinitely better than what I recieved!

I think this location and its stylists are greatly undervalued. In a location where they could probably phone it in and still do business because of proxinity to the neighborhood, these ladies consistently deliver good haircuts at a fair price and are able to keep both my boys sitting still for a whole haircut, which in itself merits 5 stars Keep up the great work!

$21 for basic men’s cut. Cut was OK but left long in one side. Stylist disagreed when I asked her to trim it to match. First three that saw me after asked if it was long on one side.
