Changed my review to a 1 star. I was a returning customer and decided to continue using Great Clips. Bad idea. Checked in online at 4, got a text at 445 that they’ll be ready for me in 15. Get there at 455 and checked in, waited til 5:20, then they say im not on the list and they put me at the back behind 2 other people. Way to throw me to the dogs. What a horrible system and a terrible way to treat returning business.

Made an appointment online because it said there was no wait. Went to the location at 5:30pm (says they close at 7pm) and the door was locked and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call the location. Don’t make appointments online available if there isn’t someone available to offer service.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe 1st time I’ve ever walked out on a haircut. The lady had my notes on how my hair is normally cut and was still confused. She cut in on one side and did the phase like I wanted to on the back on the other. When I noticed she caught it on that sides and knew she couldn’t fix it she said wanna walk out. How professional..
