Make note of this before using this place: apparently this franchise “doesn’t accept coupons”. I get coupons mailed to me for Great Clips (with no address specified and can be used at any location) but the hair stylist told my husband that this location doesn’t accept coupons??? Makes no sense and won’t be using this location anymore since no coupons can be accepted at it apparently. Additionally I saw about 40 Great Clips ads this past week talking about an $8.99 special, THAT THIS LOCATION WON’T DO EITHER! Charged my husband 19$. Called other locations in the area and they said they do honor coupons and specials, so do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

So part of my experience was dampened because I already had a bad day. I just needed my neck and ears cleaned up since they cut my hair too short last time, I wanted the rest to grow. I believe my stylist name was Liz. She was neither friendly nor unfriendly. You can tell I was just another customer and this was just another job. She started by spraying me in the face with my eyes opened because she wasn’t paying attention and didn’t even apologize. She trimmed into the back, I told her I didn’t want that, she insisted she had to. My right side isn’t even done right. My husband had to fix it. By the end of it, I was so deflated I didn’t feel like arguing. Paid the total, tipped, and left. After a hard day, I really just wanted a nice trim and to feel fresh but the whole experience was just…ok.

First time coming to this location and will not be back. Checked in online for 2 people and it only accepted one. Tried calling several times to correct the check in but no answer. Upon arrival the stylist said the phones don’t work. What kind of business doesn’t have a working telephone line? Never the less, the wait said 36 minutes. After waiting about 45 minutes, one of the stylist goes on break with 6 people on the list. Checked in over an hour ago and still no service. Horrible system and unfriendly people.

I have given these people so many chances. And after three bad haircuts in a row, I’m done. They’re just washed up and dumb and unskilled. It’s super sad and annoying. I’ll do whatever it takes to never go back. They got me so bad I’m legitimately sick to my stomach over it. The problem is that I spend lots of money on keeping my hair lightened and they consistently cut it all off like I’m in the military. It’s disturbing they don’t know got to cut hair yet are still open.

Horrible, horrible hair cut for my son today. He did not get even close to what he asked for. He wanted an all over trim, and she buzz cut the back and sides. I got up and asked her to stop, but she kept going. The front is so uneven, I’ll have to go somewhere else to have them fix it as it’s so bad I can’t even send him to school looking this way. Usually I enjoy getting my hair cut at great clips. It’s easy, simple and I don’t like fussy haircuts that you have to pay an arm and a leg for. However I just returned from a terrible experience. The stylist was bossy and rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. She was far too concerned with my notes being wrong and telling me that the way I usually describe getting my hair cut is wrong. Even though I have been describing it that way my whole life. The stylist cut way too much after I told her I wanted to keep it long. She then told me that I needed to change everything I was doing about my hair routine because I was doing it wrong. Never before have I left a salon in tears.

I wish I had read the reviews before I came here. This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I’ll never step foot inside a Great Clips again. I could have done a better job. After they butchered it the first time, I asked them to just buzz it all off. Couldn’t even do that right. I went home and there were large patches of hair that they missed, and I had to fix it myself. Avoid at all costs.
