Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWanted a dramatic change (very long to very short and layered) but I have busy schedule. Used the online check-in service on Saturday mid-afternoon. Coryn made me feel completely heard, clarified my preferences, then got right to work.Coryn gave me exactly what I asked for with great skill and lively conversation. He took a fraction of the time anyone else would have for a similar cut.Later I spoke to a male friend who for years has visited a different Great Clips (but he will be calling you now, Coryn!). I learned I was charged what he is routinely charged for a short men’s haircut. This alone will keep me coming back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had my hair cut here a few times over the past year. It’s close to the office, I’ve been on a budget, and tend to decide to get a trim spontaneously when my schedule opens up. I’ve had no complaints, though I’ve just been getting basic trims. This time, when I walked in Coryn welcomed me with kindness and humor and I immediately felt at ease. I had actually cut my own hair and while it wasn’t awful – it needed some professional help – so definitely more than just a trim! He was fantastic! Yes quick, but very thorough. He did a great job with my blunt “Betty Bangs” – which is surprisingly not always the case with stylists. I curled my hair this morning and it was so much easier and lays just how I have been wanting it to. So very nice to get a great cut on a budget – I hate feeling that I deserve bad hair because of it. I will definitely call ahead to find out if he’s working before I do my online check in (which is soooo nice btw) in the future. I have had my hair cut here a few times over the past year. It’s close to the office, I’ve been on a budget, and tend to decide to get a trim spontaneously when my schedule opens up. I’ve had no complaints, though I’ve just been getting basic trims. This time, when I walked in Coryn welcomed me with kindness and humor and I immediately felt at ease.
