I have been coming here to see April for a while. She is the best! Great consistent haircuts! Understands how hair style and face shape are important. My last visit was on a Wednesday and April was working there all by herself. Unbelievable that she was the only person working, I guess if it wasn’t for April, this location might be shut down. I think whoever in running this location should take note of her loyalty and positive attitude, she’s amazing!

I had been coming to this location for over 5yrs and I can say that each person who has cut my hair has done great. With the exception of one woman about two years ago, hence the 4*, but it seems that was addressed since that was the first and last time I ever saw her. I had a great experience coming here. The stylists were so kind, Lily and Cory. Lily was the stylist that cut my hair and I felt well taken care of. My primary reason of visit was to cut my hair for donation. I also asked for a short, layered haircut along with a side undercut which all of the above turned out beautifully. During the whole process Lily was incredibly sweet and I didn’t feel worried about my hair at all. Cory was great to ask advice from regarding the side undercut, which I never had done before. At checkout, I was provided a list of companies with their addresses and donation requirements. If I wasn’t moving, I would continue to come here.

Lily, runs this shop completely on her own, she goes above and beyond with her customer service, professionalism as well as being a great stylist. The management and ownership of Great Clips needs to be thanking her for keeping this location a float in todays turbulent times. I regularly wait 3-5 hours at this locations because they will not pull people from other locations to help Lily carry the work load. She is a Star and should be rewarded as such!

Critical: ProfessionalismI was a long time customer at this location coming with my family for over 5 years and always been happy with the service and all hairstylists. Jackie and Lily deserve 5 stars! However, today was a horrible experience with their new employee, with Russian accent, I believe by name Galina (not positive with the name).I made check in online at 6:28 for two of my boys haircuts. System accepted the check in and posted 4 minute wait and “go in”. We drove right away and made it at 6:35. Well before the closure time. As soon as we walked in she was swarming and looked at us and without any greetings started yelling: “why did you all come in? You don’t know that we work til 7, it’s late, I don’t want to stay past 7″. I responded to her:” I made an appointment for my boys”, she cut me off and shouted again:” it’s not an appointment, it’s check in”. I responded:” Is that how you going to talk to the customers?”, she yelled again:” this time I will see you but not ever you come late like this”- giving me lecture and a “favor” and disrespecting for no reason. I had to let her know:” it’s very rude the way you talk to customers” and we had to walk out. I understand there is a shortage of employees and they get stressed out but Great Clips Management how dare are you to employ such rude people who have no common sense, who are not professional, who have no customer service. This 1 star review is directed only towards this employee, no one else. All other hairstylists deserve 5 stars with their hard work, professionalism and great customer service. But shame on her. My boys and I didn’t deserve to be treated like that and feel humiliated. This is my safe place as far as hair cuts go haha, Jackie has been my go to for a few years now and I have a very hard time getting haircuts from anyone else. I will often wait an extra month or two until I’m back in town to stop by for a haircut. I have had much better cuts here than at fancy salons. Thank you guys!
