I’m a regular here because it’s close to home. I am often disappointed by the cut, but its inexpensive. Today I made an appointment online. 17 minute wait. OK, I’ll wait. I’m in the store, one minute to go, a customer finishes. I should be next. One girl leaves the room and suddenly my wait time on the screen jumps to 30 minutes. The other older woman with bad breath finally sits me down. She didn’t cut as much as I wanted off but I just kept quiet. I was getting frustrated. She didn’t even comb my part pack in when she was done. It looked like I just got out of bed. I paid and left. It shouldn’t be called Great Clips. It should be called Cheap Clips. I guess you get what you pay for.
