Overall a fine experience. When they ask for your address, just say “No thanks” and everyone moves on with their day. Online check in is convenient and text updates on wait time means sure, they got my phone number but for me the convenience is worth that. Otherwise, they cut hair and what else does a guy need?

I had Theresa, I was in and out of the place in 8 minutes (not a good sign). When I got to my car I saw the horror, Theresa put absolutely no effort into anything, and missed soooooooo many spots. I have had bad hair cuts, but this was not bad it was completely butchered. My wife laughed at me when I came home. I could not recommend enough, wait at either Floyd’s or sports clips, the convenience was not worth it or hearing my wife laugh at me

Paid $22 for a hair trim and they did a terrible job. That isn’t including tip too, so it was $26. I even had to tell her it looked off and it still turned out terrible. Very disappointing.

Sonia has been a regular employee since I started coming to this location about a year ago. She never fails to listen to the client, always has a pleasant demeanor even if the salon is being stretched thin, and gives a quality cut. Make sure to keep her on your staff no matter what; she is an outstanding stylist!

I’ve tried this location a few times, wont be going back. They do terrible haircuts and always miss spots. Customer service is awful aswell. Several customers waiting while the employees just sit in the back and talk to eachother, wait time was 30 min when I checked in, got there and it was 98 minutes. Haircut

Omg everyone loved my daughter’s new haircut. We had a few errands to run after and literally everyone we encountered complimented her haircut. She did choose a slightly unique hairstyle and they were not sure what we were talking about at first saying we wanted a faux hawk but the other stylist helped clarify what I meant and the haircut was achieved flawlessly I would say. My daughter has been very happy and hopefully she will stop trying to cut her own hair haha. Thank you very much.

I just had my hair done at this spot and I have to say I am very satisfied. Sonia cut my hair and she was very nice and friendly. She gave recommendations for my scalp, you could tell the staff know what they’re doing. I’m definatley coming back here again. 10/10

I’m sure it’s not completely the fault of this specific location, but this is where I went and checked in @ 415pm yesterday. Signed up, gave them all my information, got the text messages to let me know I will get a text when my appointment is ready, but never received a text to let me know that my appointment was ready before they closed @ 6pm. I was more acclimated to the Midwest hours of operations, but had I known they closed at 6p and would not have notified me that they’re closing, then I would have gone to the competitors of which I will be doing from here on out….. lovely way to start my vacation after getting in town from Chicago. ☹️

The issue here is that these stylists never do what you ask. I asked to leave an inch on the side, and she just went in and shaved my hair completely but left the top long. Now it’s disproportionate and I have to go somewhere else to cut even more off to even out her bad job.
