I came in a week ago for a simple haircut. Stacy ended up cutting my hair and did such a great job that I came in again today with my 11 year old son who absolutely hates getting his hair cut. She did an amazing job on my sons hair. She’s very personable as well, which helped ease my sons anxiety. For once, he actually liked his hair, and even thanked her! I am defiantly coming back!

This place does great one day and then you return and it’s like what the heck. I wish they were consistent with employees and haircuts. They do not take their time with the kids haircuts they just rush them through so they can get to the next person. I am a very good tipper. But if you are treating my kids as less than a paying adult then I will tip you accordingly. I will only use this place when I have to.

I had to edit my rating. For the longest time we have had a very nice hair dresser but she wasn’t in today and we were stuck with Tina (that was the name on the receipt, she never introduced herself). My son who is 5 came in for the cut. ‘Tina’ rattled off the lengths the hair dressers had used on his previous haircuts and looked at my like I should know what she was talking about. She then cut my sons hair and literally didnt say one word to me or him during the cut. No ‘do you comb it this way’ or ‘what do you think?’. Zero warning for my kiddo when she used clippers or sprayed him in the face with water. I am grateful he is such an easy, well behaved kid. I’d imagine most kids would have screamed or complained. When I asked her about a few horribly uneven parts she got very terse and rude. We will be going to CR from now on.

Walked in 15-20mins before close. Nobody was in the lobby so there was no wait time. I wasn’t greeted when I came in and asked if it was ok to get a quick haircut. The older lady who was at the register said “if you want, we close in 15 minutes”. I again double checked and said it would be really quick. She didn’t respond to me at all. It was very clear that she did not want to help me so I ended up leaving. I’d have a chat with her to let her know she was going to get a considerable tip – but instead decided to act like I was a burden.
