In the last 3 months I’ve shown up when I was supposed to (after checking in online) and after waiting an extra 30-60 minutes had to leave. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time. The owner only has 2-3 stylists on the staff and they’re always stressed and give totally inconsistent haircuts.

Used the online check it, wait was an hour and 20 minutes. Showed up after an hour and 20, was still 4th on the list, I was not told how long the wait would be, nor even acknowledge by staff after sitting there for 40 minutes. After 2 hours I left. During this “busy” time the women cutting hair did find time to help a walk in and they discussed his hair color for 10 minutes, while there were 12 people who waited and had checked it. Guess you have better luck dealing with someone if you just walk in and demand answers. Absolutely embarrassing customer service. Go anywhere else.

Worst haircut ever. The older lady cutting my hair dropped a comb in my hair while cutting it, only spent 5 minutes on my hair, and sent me home with wet hair when it was freezing outside. She took two inches off (which we discussed) but did such a bad job that I had to get it fixed so I lost a-lot of length. I originally had a v-shape and she made it a blunt cut for no reason.Just don’t go here. I usually have good experiences at Great Clips and will never go again after this disaster. Worst part, pretty sure she is the owner!
