Friendly and professional staff. I had not had my haircut in quite a while and she took quite good direction in what type of cut I was looking for. I had a great experience at this great clips! This was my first professional haircut since the pandemic, I had been cutting it at home. Knowing my hair wasn’t going to look “nice” going in, I explained I just wanted to look less shaggy and the haircut I received a few years ago was the same one I wanted this time. Shelby was very courteous, efficient and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I came in for. Went to get a haircut at 6:40pm. Sign said it closed at 7pm and the doors were locked. Two young stylists were sitting in the chairs talking to each other and when they saw me at the door they turned away from me. Will never go to this location.

I needed a hair cut for a special occasion and I ended up with a bad hair cut. I was unhappy so I called customer service asking for some type of refund or future discount, they siad they would be in contact with me. They never called or did anything about it. Very poor customer service.
