Today i went in for a simple haircut. I told her i wanted layers and a bang cut. She told me she cant do layers because my hair was to long and it would end up with a “tail”. So she gave me butchered layers instead. while she was cutting my hair she got frustrated with a knot i had and decided to cut it off. i do not think she knew i was paying attention. she didn’t comb my hair all the way which made the process more difficult. she didn’t even give me layers… she made my hair very uneven and choppy. after she deiced my “layers” were done she moved on to the next: the bang hair cut….. big fail. she said she couldn’t fix it and i just had to deal with it until it grew out. i asked for bangs that went straight across and instead i received this.. After she was done i paid and even left her a tip. i came home and looked at my hair and was in tears. i have a job interview in three days!!! and i told her that. that is the whole reason i went to get my hair cut. my sister said my hair was awful and i needed to go back for a refund so i did so. The so called ” manager” talked to us and didn’t see anything wrong with my hair at all and she was extremely rude and short. They cannot take criticism at all. she offered for them to do a “re due” which i said NO! thank god my sisters Solon came to rescue . my hair is now short due to the damage the previous lady already caused.. but it look great now thanks to a different saloon. point is, these people should have recognized that this was unexceptionable and not give me lip about it . i will never ever go here again!!!! dont go to GREAT CLIPS! more like Great…. i got to go somewhere else to clip my hair.

This is a great store but under no circumstance get your hair cut by Marium/mariam/Mary Ann. I couldn’t quite understand her name. She completely butchered my son’s hair. I had to just shave it to fix the mess up. She left one side of his hair long and one side completely buzzed. She couldn’t create a straight neck line, and she didnt actually cut the hair on top that needed to be cut. It was so bad I actually cried and it wasn’t even my own hair. I had them try to fix it. The worst part is I actually paid for it.

Went there today and have never been to a place where they turned away walk in customers while a hair cutter was doing absolutely nothing. Event when a person came in who was on the wait list had to wait 5 minutes for that third person to even acknowledge him and offered to take him back.
