Please don’t let Samantha cut your hair!! I was very clear on the length I wanted but she got too busy telling me about her car over heating and cut it almost 2 inches!!! shorter than we discussed in the back. It was also terribly uneven. I had to have another hairstylist take over to salvage what we could. The WORST cut I’ve ever gotten.

We take our boys here for their haircuts. If you get the app you can check in ahead of time to avoid long waits here. The weekends tend to have long wait times. They always do a good job and ask us to make sure what the boys want is ok with us. Also there is very poor cell reception here, you can send and receive texts but phone calls and internet is very poor.

I have now 3 times checked in online and 3 times my name is not on the list. I literally live across the street. Today when I told them and showed the lady I had a text saying “head right in, you’re up in 15 minutes” she tried to tell me there is a new website, its the same flipping website! She then wouldn’t let it go even after asking her to please stop and just let it go. I had to continue to tell her to please stop and just leave me alone.

I walk in and they had 3 people on the list waiting I called and asked if they were closing early the lady I spoke with on the phone said yes but if I come now and be inside the store within 10 minutes they can still give me a car cut well I made it within 5 and a different lady at the front desk told me sorry we can’t cut your hair try again another time we’re closing early. Guess people don’t want my money or want to make money.
