Staff is great. Great Clips app is worthless. Checked times in area, this location was the shortest at 36 min. Checked in on app and proceeded to the location, got there and the app said 17 min, then immediately switched to 44 minutes. Had problems at another location with this happening. Thought it was that local, but now, As stated earlier, there app times are worthless.

Critical: ProfessionalismParents beware! Tried to get my toddlers hair cut here today and it was a joke… hair dresser was completely inexperienced with young kids. Literally sat my toddler in the chair, and instead of getting on with the hair cut quickly. Went and messed around with the computer. I asked several times for her to get on with the hair cut, and she continued to stall (for what seemed like 10 mins messing with the computer and mixing up my kids names) until my toddler lost patience and we just left. Parents beware! Tried to get my toddlers hair cut here today and it was a joke… hair dresser was completely inexperienced with young kids. Literally sat my toddler in the chair, and instead of getting on with the hair cut quickly. Went and messed around with the computer. Critical: ProfessionalismSlightly over priced for the fact that can’t handle children. My 2 yo was COUNTING THE BOXES on the shelf and accidentally knocked a couple over. (Mind you, it happened exactly once). No big deal it happens, however this was a very big deal for the lady behind the counter who hollered to not let my kid play with their products. I have 3 boys and if they can’t all get seen at the same time it tends to take a while. So if your children have siblings don’t bring them, likely not a place for children with disabilities either as they cannot handle chaos. I checked in online and it said a 15 minute wait. That ended up more like 40 minutes. Just like Samuel, I encountered a rude stylist that checked me in, but got a good haircut from a different one. I’ve gone to this place for years and every now and then have a negative experience, like today, and say I’ll never go back. If there was somewhere else a little more convenient , they’d get my business.
