The most disastrous haircut experience i ever had. I have grown pretty long hairs, as I booked my appointment and went in to saloon, i clearly showed a picture to the hair professional and asked her to cut that way. I even asked her if she has any suggestions. She nodded as she understood and start trimming my hair like you groom a pet or a sheep. Still i trusted her thinking she know her work better and i shouldn’t interfere her job. Sorry i no more think she is a professional hairstylist, a trainee might have given me little more decent hair cut. By end this the below pictures tells you her work. She trimmed my sides with out even asking how i want them to be, its hair didn’t blend at all. After coming home and looking at my self in mirror. I felt like as if i got a haircut with a garden scissors. Never again i will visit this saloon and i am very much disappointed. If you are not interested in your job please find some thing else but don’t play with your customer trust on you and degrade your franchise. I even thought of tipping her good if she do a good job. Now i regret even for choosing that saloon and paying for such a disaster job. Out of not being rude and that too before a Easter friday, i walked away in disappointment. But i cant stop posting this review for the experience i had.

This location is very bad place. Lady in front desk who is white lady wears glass was my hair stylist. I asked her name she does not want to give her name and she does not have name badge. When I set on chair front of the mirror. She starts cutting my hair without spraying water in my hair. She did not drop single water on my hair, she did not trim my hair, and she never asked my opinion. She is not hair stylist she just wasting her time at Great Clips. She is bad hair stylist. Please people!! Never get a hair cut with this lady. She has a blond hair, wears glass, and very mad lady. She just played with hair, never let her be your hair stylist It’s very wrong. Hopefully I’ll get better hair stylist next time.

I went in for a trim due to my hair thinning and breaking recently. Colby was perfect! He did not chop all my hair off like I requested, and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out what was going on, and recommended a great treatment I was able to buy in store. My hair looks so much better, and I’m beyond thankful for how sweet, helpful, and caring he was!

I waited about 20 minutes. Very rude manners. I asked for a trim and to cut my dead ends off. I didn’t come with a straight middle part cause I had washed it the other night. She didn’t even think of parting my hair, washing it before cutting it, and was really rough. One side of my hair is longer then the other. It’s slanted, the middles is longer then the sides. Now I have to pay more just to fix their mistakes. Very unprofessional.
