Critical: QualityThis has to be the WORST haircut I’ve ever had! I asked the stylist to trim my bangs. I asked her not to take away any of the length. My bangs were crooked. She also took way more than an inch off the length. The previous stylist left one side just a bit longer than the other. I asked her to even them out. Now it’s even worse! The manager tried to fix it but now it’s even more of a disaster! It’s going to take MONTHS and MONTHS for this mess to grow out. I am VERY unhappy! I’m NEVER going to Great Clips again. I quit going Great Clips years ago, (a history of poor quality haircut) and I used to come to this store when it was a Cost Cutters but no more. This has to be the WORST haircut I’ve ever had! I asked the stylist to trim my bangs. I asked her not to take away any of the length. My bangs were crooked. She also took way more than an inch off the length. The previous stylist left one side just a bit longer than the other. I asked her to even them out. Now it’s even worse! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was 30 prior to closing and the stylist seemed irritated we came In. She insisted we pay cash so we did and the stylist was rude the whole time. She rushed through the hair cut and did not trim all of my daughters dead ends.She charged us $35 for a kids haircut. We will never come back here and I hope they treat people better in the future. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI I have taken my son to the Buckley Square location twice now and neither time has he gotten a decent haircut. I believe both times were by the same older Hispanic lady(receipt says leonor). I tried to give her benifit of maybe 1 time mistake but clearly she just does not know how to cut hair. Even though the location wasn’t busy we felt rushed and when I expressed concerns she blew them off. She didn’t even bother brushing off big clumps of hair on his neck, it is very uneven and parts of neckline she missed hair. I I have taken my son to the Buckley Square location twice now and neither time has he gotten a decent haircut. I believe both times were by the same older Hispanic lady(receipt says leonor). I tried to give her benifit of maybe 1 time mistake but clearly she just does not know how to cut hair. Even though the location wasn’t busy we felt rushed and when I expressed concerns she blew them off.
