Today, 10/02/2023 I went in, and a new lady, Rosa cut my hair, their A/C was out, and uncomfortable, but this lady made me feel so relaxed, and a great hair cut, it looked perfect, she was very happy and pleasant, she made a uncomfortable environment with no A/C be a completely comfortable environment, all the other ladies there were so happy and truly enjoying the day, making everyone around them happy and full of laughter as well…. This was a previous review a year ago..The lady who cut my hair, was phenomenal, she took her time, was soft and gentle and completely relaxed me as she did the best hair cut I have ever had, I am just extremely regretful that I did not get her name, she is fantastic, and a very lovely lady. Thank you so very much.

Asked for a simple bang trim and they cut my bangs way too short even after establishing that I wanted the length a tad below my eyebrow. Now I look like Spock from Star Trek. Also was cut uneven on one side and I took scissors and fixed it the best I could on my own at home. Will not be going back here. Bang trim
